Heather Wicks is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ, serving as minister for pastoral care with Kent UCC since February 2009.  Working with the church's deacons and other volunteers, her role is focused on visitation and spiritual nurture, with occasional contributions as a teacher and preacher.  She is graduated from the College of Wooster and the Methodist Theological School in Ohio.  Before she came to Kent, Heather served as an interim minister for 15+ years, mostly in Northeastern Ohio.  Heather is married to Rolf Wicks and delights in the company of her four terrific granddaughters.
