Sunday School Minimize
The Sunday School experience begins with all members of the family joining in the sanctuary for the start of the 10:30 a.m. worship service.  Following a special moment with children called Word Made Plain, children in kindergarten through 7th grade are led from the sanctuary to their Sunday School classes.  Along with reading the text, classes will use drama, music, art, and service activities to help bring the Biblical stories to life for the children.  The Bible stories of our church school curriculum correspond to the calendar of scripture readings followed in our worship services so that all members of the family will have common themes in their Sunday morning experience to compare and discuss.

On the first Sunday of the month the whole church celebrates the sacrament of Holy Communion.  After the opening of the 10:30 worship service in the sanctuary, immediately following Word Made Plain, children are led to the chapel for their own special service of Holy Communion.

Child care is also available during the 10:30 a.m. worship service.  The crib/toddler room is #214, just steps from the sanctuary.
