Children’s Education
Our Sunday school curriculum, Shine: Living in God’s Light, emphasizes the importance of spiritual practices, peacemaking, imaginative and Biblical storytelling, and practicing the art of wonder, hoping children will continue to connect with a God who loves them for exactly who they are.
On Sunday mornings, children come to worship with their parents or guardians and then attend Sunday School after the Children’s Sermon during worship. Children are split into grade-level classes and spend time reading Bible stories, making crafts, singing, and playing games to enhance their faith formation. Each teacher is background checked.
